We are not liable for any returned merchandise due to incomplete customs clearance. Returns received due to the above mentioned reason will be refunded with 15% stocking fee; and shipping fees will not be refunded.

RETURNS

All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.
We understand you might change the mind. We accept unused products returned within 14 days of purchase at the shipping expense of customers. We are unable to accept any item with open-box or sign of use.
In the event wrong item is received, please contact us at info@yobabyshop.com within 7 days after delivery date.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received. If gift card payment is used in the order, refund will be issued back to the same gift card first.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. Stocking fees may apply if any package seal/wrap is opened.
All sale and special promo items are final.

Nice device to play along in English and Mandarin

My son is 3 years old and is a big fan of vehicles. He loves this tablet since he first saw it in the yo! baby store. My son especially likes to play with the questions, which he listens to a short description of a vehicle and identify what it is. He also likes the songs. Although there is only a handful of songs to select, it's good enough for my little one. He prefers the songs in mandarin and would sing along, but he likes to play the Q&A in English. We (the parents) like this toy because it stands out from the other similar product due to its mandarin feature.
