Lunar New Year DIY Craft Fireworks

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with some DIY decorations and embrace the festive spirit!

Materials Needed:

• 1 sheet of white cardstock
• Several sheets of red cardstock
• 1 sheet of yellow cardstock
• Craft knife
• Scissors
• Double-sided tape

Steps:

1. Print the lion dance head on the white cardstock, color it, and cut it out.

2. Take a sheet of red cardstock, fold it horizontally in half, and cut it into two equal parts.
3. Cut the remaining red cardstock into four small squares, making a total of 10 square pieces.
4. Fold the yellow cardstock horizontally and cut it into small strips to use as decorations for the firecrackers.
5. Take two yellow strips, apply double-sided tape, and stick them onto the red square pieces.
   
6. Flip the red square cardstock with the yellow strips attached to the other side. Apply double-sided tape horizontally.
7. Roll the red square cardstock into a cylinder to form a firecracker.
   Repeat this process to create 6-10 firecrackers, depending on the desired length of your decoration.
   
   
   
   
8. Attach the lion dance head and the firecrackers to your decoration using double-sided tape or glue.
