佐羅力
聰明又調皮的狐狸，喜歡惡作劇。立志成為「惡作劇之王」，讓天堂的媽媽以他為榮，勇敢踏上修練的旅程，還收了伊豬豬、魯豬豬當徒弟。旅途中好打抱不平，常有驚人的創意發明，雖然每次惡作劇都以失敗收場，卻陰錯陽差的解決難題，搖身一變成為眾人感謝的正義之士。他堅信有朝一日能建立屬於自己的「佐羅力城」。
伊豬豬、魯豬豬
一對非常貪吃的野豬雙胞胎，哥哥伊豬豬是愛哭鬼，右眼和右鼻孔比較大；弟弟魯豬豬是糊塗蛋，左眼和左鼻孔比較大。兩人原本在布魯魯山當山賊，因為仰慕佐羅力成了小跟班，尊稱佐羅力為大師。兩人總是幫倒忙，造成不可收拾的混亂，拖累佐羅力的計畫。但是最後所有的胡作非為，常常出人意表的變成行俠仗義的義舉。
佐羅力的媽媽
溫柔的母親是佐羅力最念念不忘的親人，但是她在佐羅力還小的時候就已經去世。由於佐羅力個性迷糊，讓她不太放心，即使待在天堂，她仍然常常來到人間，關心寶貝兒子的一舉一動，偶而還會偷偷幫助佐羅力，是一位愛子心切的慈母。
