Care
How do I clean the folding play mat?
The Caraz Folder Mats’ faux leather cover are very easy to clean. Just gently wipe with a wet cloth and dry. If there are tougher stains or dirt, you can use warm water with mild soap and then rinse or thoroughly wipe off the detergent with a wet cloth.
The Caraz Play Mats covers can also be removed via the hidden zipper. It is not recommended to soak or machine wash the cover for normal cleaning. However, under extreme circumstances, the cover can be hand washed and air dried.
Can the play mat be used outdoors?
The play mat is not made for outdoor use and should not be exposed to sunlight or moisture for extended periods.
How should I store the mat when not in use?
The play mat can be laid on the floor or store away long term. Just make sure to keep it away from sunlight and away from direct heat sources.
In humid climates, keep the mat in the well-ventilated space and open the zipper to ventilate the inside.
I received my play mat slightly bent or the cover has creases. Is it defective?
The playmat foam is hand assembled into its covers. You can correct any bend or creasing by flexing the mat in the opposite direction or guiding the corners of the cover to align with the corners of the foam.

Care
- Keep mat away from constant exposure to heat or humidity.
- Keep mat indoors and away from direct sun exposure for extended periods.
- Wipe gently using a wet cloth.
- Use warm water and mild detergent for tougher dirt or marks and wipe off thoroughly.
- When storing the mat, roll the mat in the same way it was received with the top layer on the outside of the roll.
Installation
- After unrolling the mat and laying it on the floor, allow the mat to settle into a flat surface naturally.
- DO NOT roll or flex the mat in the opposite direction to straighten, this might cause permanent wrinkles on the surface layer.
- The surface layer of the mat may show wrinkles or creases after being unrolled. The wrinkles will resolve on their own after 1-2 weeks depending on the surrounding temperature and humidity.
- There will be an off-gassing smell when unsealing the package and mat for the first time. This is normal and the smell will dissipate after 1-2 weeks and be completely gone thereafter. This process can be sped up by first opening in a separate well-ventilated room.
- If cutting to size to cover the floor from wall to wall, leave a ¼” gap from the wall on all sides to allow for expansion with varying temperature and humidity.

RETURNS
