孩子是否每每遇到狀況、有不如意的事情時，什麼都不說，第一反應就是直接大哭？
或許他們就像故事裡的主角薇洛一樣，因為不知道該怎麼表達自己的感受，所以只懂得用大哭，來引起注意和宣洩自己的情緒。這也可能是因為孩子還沒有建立「用語言來表達情緒」的習慣，甚至是根本還沒有機會學習到這樣的模式。
因此家長可以藉由繪本裡的情境，試著引導幫助孩子，一步一步地用各種方法，不管是使用「語言或文字」，例如像薇洛的哥哥一樣，給予她一些詞彙去選擇和認識、形容自己的情緒，如：「擔心」、「害怕」等；或是讓孩子學習薇洛，將各種情緒表情直接畫下來，製作成「情緒卡片」，然後在需要的時機使用。相信不管是「口語敘述」或「圖像描繪」，這些方式都可以有效幫助孩子，遇到事情不再只能哇哇大哭，而能更好地表達自我情緒，增進與人相處的溝通智慧，進而明白「好好說才能解決問題」的道理。

RETURNS

- Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received. If gift card payment is used in the order, refund will be issued back to the same gift card first.
