RETURNS

All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.
We understand you might change the mind. We accept unused products returned within 14 days of purchase at the shipping expense of customers. We are unable to accept any item with open-box or sign of use.
In the event wrong item is received, please contact us at info@yobabyshop.com within 7 days after delivery date.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received. If gift card payment is used in the order, refund will be issued back to the same gift card first.
